Okay, you said "politics"(which I hate), and I had to do something.
There's this compilation of musicians making Rock Against Bush. It is, well, rocking against President Bush. I just want everyone to know, I am trying to form a protest against this compilation: Rock Against Rock Against Bush. That means I disagree with these musicians.
Thanks for you time.

I can understand that many people feel that George Bush's political views may be a little bit off... cause I do...
But still... creating a BAND against Bush?! Is this really what America has come down to? Jeez. And I thought Florida had enough dumb people, but the United States? (Just my opinion... don't kill me for it >_<)

Well, yeah. Plenty of people in the U.S. are absolutely stupid when it comes to politics and whatnot. Two words: "California Recall". Or "Minnesota Governor".

I hate Bush, and I STILL think that's stupid. Then, band names rarely make too much sense anyway...
EditL Oh. And I just got what you said... THAT's even stupider. Sorry, but I can't argue against myself, I might win. Or lose. Either is probaly a sign of insanity.
Wait, what?

Or "Minnesota Governor". hmm i think it is just the largest states that are that way you know the ones that actually matter anyways the idea of a band against bush is really really..pathetic i am not sure what is worse the fact that they came up with that or the fact that it actually could have an effect

Well, at this time, Bush is kinda pissing me off. He's not really facing the issues. He almost seems to be dodging the hard ones so he can talk about them right before the election.
Also, I want to know what you guys think about the election. It's either more Bush, who makes me happy sometimes and mad others, or John Kerry, who is a contradictory crowd-pleaser. When he first voted for the Iraqi War and it's $87 billion investment, he voted yes. The second time he voted no, and didn't give much of a reason why. He also said he is against abortion, yet thinks it should be the woman's choice. All he's doing is trying to please every person, which isn't good for a presidential candidate. The point is to stand firmly by your beliefs, not change them every two months.

Bush has lost 5% of his support in the US in the past 2 weeks aparently. Just something I saw on CNN this morning.
(Ovcourse you can't really trust CNN most of the time.)
CNN: We bring you the truth. Warning all usefull content has been edited.

Still, CNN is better than FOX News when it comes to reporting the truth. Bush leading in all 50 states! There was no such thing as Abu Gahrib prison! Bush's plan for Mars feasable! FOX News: We distort, you deride.
As for who I think should win this fall, I go with the ABB: Anybody But Bush. There's not much left in this country he can screw up, besides bringing the draft out of retirement.

Ack, if Bush manages to bring the draft back, I'm putting serious thought into moving to another country, if only temporarily... but then thats just me Seriously though, this war in Iraq is something like a small scale Vietnam, no one really knows why we are there anymore, and yet we loose more and more Americans in a country that doesnt want us... the only difference is that we won this war, whereas Vietnam we lost.

...the only difference is that we won this war, whereas Vietnam we lost. Thinking of the "Mission Accomplished" Banner. I don't suppose you people watch The Daily Show with Jon Stewart? (11pm est Comedy Central, 12am est CTV)

Omfg. I saw a copy of Rock against Bush in the local Music World the other day. I just about fell over. They're actually selling that? I wasn't sure weather to scream or laugh. In the end I just left.

Isent that evry wore no one nows the real truf. Al wars have a stopid reason. And as long no one nows the war wil Continue, yhat wil alway's happen it happend in the past it's hapening now and it wil happen in the futer. But the bigest problem is is that the soldiers ar fihting blind. meaning the don't now where there fichting foor and just do what there told.

Al wars have a stopid reason. I think you mean "All wars have a stupid reason." I mostly agree, but what about WWII? And, yeah, Iraq wasn't exactly our biggest problem. We already got rid of Sadam, so what's left?
