For python. I played DDR extreme for the first time 3 days ago, and now I'm TOTALLY obsessed. I'm trying to make my own dance pad out of spare parts(The main problems being that I don't know how the standard input goes, I know nothing about electronics, and I have no spare parts), but it's not going too well; I'm going to have to buy one. Oh yeah, and I almost forgot.... play Tendrils. It's really cool.(You'll need Python and Pygame, though.) Edit: www.pygame.org

How did you get to play extreme?! That isn't fair at all! I wanna play... And for building your own pad, I would just buy the $20 mad catz beatpad and some padding to go under it and duct tape it to a piece of plywood. Apparently it works. Or if Konami does a pad bundle get their dance pad instead, Mad Catz tends to break after a month or two on standard/heavy modes. (My friend has three of them in her closet currently, all broken.) And the link after the edit gives me this page: www.netqh.cn/

Nah, I'm just getting a normal foam pad, because I have to hook it up to the computer - on the third floor. (laptop later? I'm in the basement on a tile floor, would be great.)
Oh, it's .org .

I've never played that (being that I'm on the second floor and I've made the house rumble by hooking up my cd player to a set of speakers and turning on the base ;D ) I use the ps2 versions in my basement (lucky me, too bad I get the crystal cat litter on my feet every now and then. Ow!)

My local Walmart doesn't seem to carry anything cool at all. Go figure. A wireless pad wouldn't do me any good anyways because there is nowhere to go. DDR hasn't caught on quite yet around here. And I also play on a hdtv with surround sound. ;D
