Of course he's evil. Has a slave damit  eeeevill. EEEVviiillllllllllllllll. Whenever I see slaves I just get this incredibly powerfull feeling that I should get some weapons and try and free them. Even if that means running the risk of freeing actual criminals in the process. |

Or you could just drag the freek in to a dark ally way and proced to beet him with a stick untill he begs for mercy...then shoot him
