its foreshortening people!! really tough to get just right but well its a lot harder than profiles and average character poses... Looks really good -- i usually shy away from foreshortening ^_^

Well as I said, it's my first fanart. So you shouldn't be expecting too much.
Sage is right about foreshortening though. I tried to make a picture of what it looks like for Trace to be pounced at.

Of course its foreshorting, the thing is either the palm is too big or the fingers arent long enough. It kinda ruins the effect, but its still a good picture.

Yeah it looks like you tried to avoid drawing the fingers as if they were pointed straight out -- because thats more foreshortening -- i think people shy away from that because we are under the mind set that - if we dont draw it - its not there-- you will notice a lot of people draw a bit of the thumb showing even though its not facing them and probably would be hidden by the rest of the hand but people draw it anyways! ^_^

It's nice drawing, now I now how tryce must be fealing when takeld.
Kanachi probeply means that the proporsions are of, my proporsions are also of when I draw a humen like budy so I'm stil working on that.
And she got a hell of a lot of stripes. O.o
