Hoooooly crap...........um....yeah...... Your doing good so far. (Why cant I use photoshop that well ) Are the wings supposed to be white ones in shade, or black ones reflecting alot of light in places?

The wings are the result of me sitting for five hours in an uncomfortable chair doinf real work and then trying to finnish this SOB. They are actually supposed to be curved around the guy, but the shading that it would have taken to make that clear was a pain in my ass ( five hours in a wooden straight backed chair, litterally a pain in the ass) As for the backround, well I suck at backrounds so it'll probly be a badly edited pic of a cloud or some such... In case your curious I learned most of this from playing with PS and from this helpful site (Which was given too me by someone in this forum, thanks!): www.cs.nott.ac.uk/~dgf/page/tutorials.htm

The tutorial was given by me!
But that aside, whats truely lacking in the pic is detail, there's barely no folds in the clothes, the feathers on the wings should have at least a difference between each other and the face is a bit simplified.
Also the shadows, the way the wings are made the left side seems to be wrong imo. I have a tutorial on shadows PM if you you want it.
But besides that, its a good start, good job and good luck.

Well, it looks OK, but the shading on the wings indeed seems to be random. The clothes shading is good, though.
