Well I DO play D&D (3.0 and now 3.5 edition)
So allow me to correct you and take no offense of it.
I should tell you that the stats are over powering, but you are already aware of that and wanted it that way. Alright.
However the modifiers for those stats are wrong. It should be like this:
Stat Score Modifier
Str: 20: 5
Dex: 26: 8
Con: 15: 2
Int: 16: 3
Wis: 17: 3
Cha: 17: 3
These are correct by the 3.0/3.5 rules, if you don't believe me you can check your 3.0 or 3.5 Players Handbook.
Hit Points: Look alright, they are slightly lower than average but it is possible with the stats she has.
Base saves for a 5th level fighter are as follow: Fortitude 4, Reflex 1, Will 1. I have no idea where your getting the misc. modifiers since the only way is by a feat or some sort of magical item. Which you don't have listed so I can't include.
So they should be as follows:
Fortitude: 4 base + 2 con modifier = 6
Reflex: 1 base + 8 dex modifier = 9
Will: 1 base + 3 wis modifier = 4
Now onto the melee and range attack bonuses.
The totals are correct, but the other numbers are not. A 5th level fighter has a base attack bonus of +5, and we corrected the stats so it lowered the 6 and 9 down to a 5 and 8 respectfully. So again, totals are correct, other four numbers not correct.
Claws: Should do 1d4 + 5 (str modifier) points of lethal slashing damage. Critical range should be X2 (critical on a natural 20)
Punch: Does 1d3 +5 points of non-lethal bludeoning damage. And no it can't do 1d4 +2 of lethal damage.
Light Leather Armor huh? Never heard of it. Probably is wearing leather armor. Stats are +2 AC, +6 max dex to AC, ACP 0, ASF 10%, weight same. Light leather doesn't exist, at least to the best of my knowledge. And it doesn't look like she is wearing studded leather in the drawing that you took it from.
Subtle seed.... +4 to attributes I assume you mean +4 to stat scores. And +3 AC, we'll say that it is deflection. I personally don't think that the item flora has is an major artifact. (Meaning that beings that are or near god like powers made. Very very very powerful, small wars would be fought over an item like this) But we shall leave it.
AC: 10 + 2 Armor + 6 Dex (due to max dex on armor) + 4 natural armor (Again I disagree, if she has any natural armor it probably isn't over 2 at the most) + 3 deflection = 25
Initiative: I don't know where you got the misc modifier from, since the only thing I know of that gives initiative is dex and the feat improved initiative that gives a +4 bonus. So initiative should be +8, but it all should be from the dex modifier.
Skills: A fighter gets 2 + int modifier skill points a level and 4 times that at first level. So 20 skill points at first and 20 for the other four levels for a total of 40 skill points. Most of the skills you have on the list are cross class skills, meaning they cost 2 points per rank. Well, it would be too much to go into it skill by skill. So this is what you need to know.
Class skills for fighter (Cost on point per rank) are: Climb, Craft, Handle Animal, Intimidate, Jump, Ride, and Swim.
Everything else is a cross-class skill (2 points per rank)
Max ranks for class skills: 8
Max ranks for cross class skills: 4
Last thing is languages: Flora should automatically get common and Keidran and three other languages for having a high int modifier.
And that should do it in corrections. One last thing I would like to add is that I think Flora should be a ranger instead of a fighter. I might have to go and correct your Trace. Though it isn't as incorrect as this one, and you do know the mistakes and did it on purpose.
