I don't want to take PE though. They didn't offer summer gym to the incoming freshman and that makes me so mad. I am also worried about english class because we get to write a 20 page thesis in about two months I think.... I live by a math teacher too and I'm hoping I will have him next year because I got along well with his son, so... That is just me though.

Wow Id. That can't be fun at all. Our school system got all wierd because they didn't want to go over a single day, so we got our limit of free days. Two Flu days, a flood day (in December... : , and two snow days. Elementary kids had to go an extra day for missing a day, but all they did was play games and eat. They get all the good stuff around here.

*Smirks* Well, it's what you should expect from a school system that can't decide whether to add in three emergency snow/whatever days or not...*sigh* Right, well it's only 12 days.

It's the same school system that would rather replace elementary schools that are okay (except for one or two out of eight) rather than replace the High School that has been around for over 100 years and has no AC. The top floor leaked this year when it rained once, and that is where the computers are. I have wondered what is going on for as long as I have been here, and I think they are crazy. But that is my view on things. By the way, they are building our new high school in a flood plain. I don't think I'm ever going to go there.

Does your school board have any common sense whatsoever? That's retarded! Well, our school board isn't much better, as they're spending money on rubberizing the track, instead of allocating that money for other things in school that desperately need some work. I always find it interesting how we can use up soooo much money when supposedly we don't have any.

Wow, our school didn't get much of anything. We are actually getting out late(6/9) because of our new elementary schools. Usually, we're done with it by now.

The only reason it's being built right by the river in a flood plain is that the land was donated. All that is there is a sign that says what the big empty space is for. Had to pass it everyday going home on the bus. They are raising the football field *the most important thing here* I think so it won't get flooded. But they don't care about the baseball team or the soccer team. They can get flooded, we still have the park that they use now. ;D

Well, they must use whatever land is available...although it is kind of stupid to put it on a flood plain.

I live in a fairly hilly area. The high school is up on a hill, so I guess that's a plus. It sux to have a mini lake in my back yard, though, after it rains hard. Having a lake in the yard really sux when my dad wants me to mow the lawn w/the rider.

Today was my last real day. Now all I have left is a final exam review day, the final exams themselves (though that shouldn't be too bad since with a double A in my classes for the semester [at least I think, one is unsure] all I need is higher than a D to get an A average), and one half day to wrap things up.
