I'd stop and listen to a marching band if say...it was in the vicinity of what I was doing, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to go see one. 
Oh, and while I'm wasn't really fond of the music in that file, the performance was done really well. Well enough that I actually listened to the whole file lol.
