Actually, I heard that some group is working on a movie called "Michael Moore Hates America". I, being a liberal, am not offended nor do I complain. If it comes out, I may watch it to see the opinions of the other side.

And concerning Canadians complaining in America... that is pretty much what this country was founded on. People coming from all over the world, and whining until things change.

I also just saw a book called Michael Moore is a Big Fat Stupid White Man, and it was great. Plus, I think even most liberals can't stand the jackass.

Well, yeah. If you saw Farenheit and were able to see what was exaggerations and what was fact, you could see that Moore is a guy who wants to get his message across at ANY cost. I mean, even if it means exploiting an entire family's greiving over a lost son. THAT I really didn't like.

I don't know if this is true or not, but do many conservatives hate Rush Limbaugh (Moore's Republican counterpart)?

UPDATE! The Daily Show just aired. It was hilarious. I have no regrets about doing it… and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed that Moore played along (even though the result was to take a shot at me). Perhaps his sense of humor about this is finally coming around. Samantha Bee is hilarious, and it was cool to hang out with her for the day. I'll check in tomorrow.

I did a couple of radio things this morning here locally, and then headed down to Greg's to look at the rough cut. It's looking great… at least much better than I would expect it to at this point. We have some shuffling to do with the segments, so that the story arcs more effectively, but after taping note-cards and Post-Its to the wall all afternoon, it looks like we have it figured out. So we'll be moving stuff around all night, and then tightening up individual segments tomorrow.

I'll be doing quite a bit of media this week, squeezing it in between chopping the flick, working with the animator on some stuff, working with the music guys to license the stuff we want to use (and giving input on the stuff they're writing) and drinking lots of coffee. Deadlines suck, and we're trying to get a lot done in a short amount of time.

Oh, and I want to plug Penn's new book, Sock. He's out in NY reading and signing, and he's been pimping our flick as it comes up in conversation. So go buy a copy!

And, why in God's name do Canadiens come to the US, then complain? Maybe it's because their economy's even more screwed up...?

OH gimme a break, didnt you know it was canada's plan to invade the united states by moving all of it's citizens to it and then they'll "complain" till they take over.

I don't usually listen to Rush 'cause he's a little to radical(like Moore). I would much rather listen to Bill O'Reilly. But, on some of the really tough issues, I'll tune in to Rush.
