I think your coming up with your own ideas without any Facts to back them up... i dont think Neutral wants to hurt Flora. Also Trace called upon the power of the Tower, neutral may have set up the bounty or stopped them from being able to turn it off - blah blah - any of that kind of stuff but i dont think its correct to say that Neutral gave Trace his powers back...

Neutral isnt a God either - though a powerful being it is not all knowing (as far as i can tell) and Trace almost beat her - now last time i checked all powerful beings dont often "almost" lose to mortals, otherwise they arent "all powerful"

If Neutrals goal was Neutrality then why would she want Flora and Trace? Really all she needs to do is keep both sides equal... - but that would mean either more power had to go to the Keidrans or less power would have to go to the humans...
Maybe Flora can bring the Keidran togeather... bah enough of this im just thinking way to much about it...
