wow... so much assuming for just a filler. and i do think she is killnig tom slowly... the water would keep the cuts from clotting... he would "bleed out" in a matter of minutes. and if u all think back to when they were in the forest Flora had the dream of stabbing trace. she wouldnt dream that if she didnt have any evil in her... she is just really good at hiding it :3
