I like Mac's for compositing and editing because they have superior programs for it. However, on a general basis, I dislike Mac's when compared to PC's. Alsoooo, with the general idea of Two Kind Online, no one says you have to make it people logging into a game, you just make the game with Tom's characters and the basic storyline. You create your character, Human or Keidran, Male or Female. Then you quest, level, get money, experience, armor, etc etc etc, all the stuff you do in MMRPG's. If you did it in 3D, I could help there. I can help in 2D, but I like 3D better, looks so much more...fluid. Of course system requirements skyrocket, and the engine gets reeeeal complex........but you get my point.
....
What was I talking about again?

Wow, if there was a game made on this, I would love it to peices =^O^= Ya, programing is probably the biggest problem =Oo= We might be able to make a flash game... altho, I'm not super talented in flash = = Uhm... *sweatdrops* okay, so I'm a newb here, but I love this comic, so I thought I'd pitch in a bit of what I know =^_^;= Oh hey, just to let everyone know. Tom rocks! Keep up the awesome work Tom!! Don't over-do it, but do keep up your awesome work on your comics!! =^_^= Anyways, back to the subject =OO= If anyone knows how to make games in flash, we might be able to make sprites for the game... but then again I dunno how far that'd go, because you can't really do any log-in kinda stuff and all = = Soooo... *crash* uhm... LOL well if anybody wanted to, someone could use the thing called RPG maker... dunno where it is tho, but I've heard alot about it =Oo= *shrugs* just suggestions...

No, no good for online. Or offline, if you want it to be at all like that.
Please, nobody ask me about it. It reminds me of Microsoft(OK, without the bugs).
Wait, what do you have if you take out all the bugs?

A friend of mine used to use RPG maker 2000 alot, He was always trying to get me to use it. Let's see, that was four years ago so I would assume that a better version of it has been created since then.
I just had an idea! A setup similar to the last couple of Jedi Knight games would be good. First person for Bows, third person for swords and sabers.

...Gobleteer is right, it wouln't work as an online or offline game for that matter, instead a terminal program would work better, that way it could be played through a router instead of a server...of course this would seriously limit the amount of players...
....yeah....
..................what?... STOP JUDGING ME <.< >.> Oh yeah, people already think I'm crazy...

This was a conversation I just had on MSN with a friend of mine. I am convinced that we should make a mod, or barring that, approach someone that could.

But uh....what RPG's do you know of that have mod's? lol. Only things you see mods for are FPS's. Unreal Tournament, Counter Strike, Half Life, etc. Most RPG's are protected, and getting a company to release the rights to their engine costs a nice amount of money. :\
Though there was a release of the code or something like it for a game called Ragnarok. My friend had it....just couldn't get it running lol.
