Nice soft shading, rather than the hard cel shading more associated with anime and manga. Well done.

Looks cool but its really blurry and the lense flare... dont use lense flares unless your practically looking into the sun or fade it out enough for it to be practically invisable - its a "cheesy effect"  |

www.imageshack.us/ that 1 is an okay hosting service also for the picture Id say its really well drawn and colored but its hard to see lines should be way more black and visionable
