Sketch for my story

Hmm send it unadded to Tom earlier, but done a couple of new ones sence then, but guess what? My network connection is f***ed up so my scanner (over my dads comp) doesn't work (sux anyway, need to buy my own, and a guitarr, a mic and something to colour with^^ tips?). It was something about getting another server up or something, geez. So I just felt for putting up atleast one of the sketches, the one i had scanned. I added it in some crappy program to get rain and some blur. I hope i can get more up, and better ones -.-

Im aware of that the eyes got HUGE, but ghhh i havent done manga such a long time (started drawing manga like things this summer, so i need time), and i started with the eyes. BUT HUZZAH, good news, the drawing lessons i choose for school is moved a half year forth
No I have nothing for long haired guyes, I dont have long hair myself, NOT AT ALL

I'll try to get better things up soon, and more on the story (like someone of u even read it, pff i can pretend u do ^^)

I was over my granies place yestoday, swe tradition that u will never understand, eating and drinking^^. After a while it got boring ofcause, i took my pens and asked for a paper... it turned out as a quick sketch, they said i was anti-social pfff. When i got home i filled it, but my finest pen had run out , so i used a suxy pen, the shading was the remains of the fine detail pen, weep for the sad death of my pen ^^. This is not the whole picture, i didn't fill in all, so the mainchar and the campfire is gone for now.
(yes i know Floras hip is wierd and out of place, but cant change that now -.-)

Oh and yeah, i tried to give her more muscles, as the book three say. Didn't wanna show her face, maybe cause i aint really good on it, and maybe cus i think Tom should be the first making her with scars in her face

Not bad it's nice.
But let me give You a litel tip always draw the eyes after you got the out line of the whole body.
Then they don't get so big.

i always draw the eyes first unless there are no eyes -- but thats just me ;D

I like the background. But yeah... the eyes are not that good on the long-haired guy. The other people look better because their eyes are not out of their actual head shape.

I always start with the nose. Don't ask why.

Hehe well, on the other humans, i did the eyes after.But i dunno why i start with the eyes really. Maybe cus thats the most "manga" part of manga? Or atleast thats why i started to like manga alot, the eyes.

And for the scanner problem, i had the first computer lesson today at new school, after the GREAT problem loggin in and starting word (the first lesson) i asked if they knew something about a good scanner not over 200-400 dollar... hmpf, seemed the teacher didn't reckomend much, and i asked for a lesson teaching paintshop on the formula we had to write, lets hope he can give that lesson ^^.
Well to the point: A good scanner, for around 350 or ofcause cheaper , still need a b.c rich or better beat my m8s Supastratocaster American Deluxe 2004 that he bought while he was in NY, don't know which guitarr that would be

And also... i got time to do something now, more sketches to the story (some done while in school to)

The only other thing that I can see right now is that the long haired guy's legs are way out of proportion to the body. Too skiny and too short, probably because you just wanted it to fit on the page. I think the hands are a tiny bit too small, but I can't blame you there I do that a lot too.

I always start with the eyes. If I mess those up that messes the entire piece up and that is no fun. Plus if it's something off the top of my head the eyes seem to tell what kind of character they are and that can change a few things. I think I might have tried to start with the hair once and that didn't turn out good.

Hmm as u say it^^ but think of thats its just a sketch i shaded. And ehm that fit into the paper part aint really true, that one there is almost the same size as the original on the paper... it goes quicker when u do small drawings. And yes, geez... small legs^^ Sry for that. I never begin with the hair, as i figure, ill try to do the eyes, then the lines for the face, then the hair. And if its all wrong again, DOWN MY TRASHCAN, or well beside, its full of... paper and coke bottles

And i haven't done a new sketch, friend came over so it was Inflames at loud volyme and looking for rarietie cds on the net.

Ok, this is just mere sketches, geez... look at the paper, oh and one of them aint much to my story as u might see...
ONLY SKETCHES!!! Cus i cant take to much time under a lesson, need to leave some attension to the teacher to.
Well, sry about the paper, had nothing else... and the fill pen was a really cheap one. Well... atleast i scanned em for fun, and for someone in class.


So well, this wasn't really how i wanted him, atleast not how i pictured him when i wrote the story with him in. What the sign over his hand is... if i use it in the story u'll see.


Uhm yeah, well... this doesn't have anything with my story to do, just post it here for fun... i dunno much about manga, nothing about chibi ^^ exept that they are kinda small... so well, sry if i upset anyone loving chibi (not the member here >< )... I can always delete the text.

Hope u didn't think they are TO bad, but know i didnt try at all really... but it was something to do!

Ah thx raven ^^... never seen that one, but really glad u showed me it.
And for the legs, i know, i thought i meantioned how wrong it got in the text, or the hip. And if u mean that her right leg goes infront of her left that was the supose, shes walking away. And u see her from her right back... but well might be a little wrong maybe ^^.

Also news, i load up my stuff at photobucket now... so i hope ill get more up soon (my last "load up page" werent really meant for pictures, so it tens to get *ucked up).

Well to start with, done on writing paper as the last ones, dont drag around good paper... maybe i could, but i dont -.-' . Well so i done it really REALLY small, because it's quick done then, so ive made it bigger here... ill post almost exaclty the original size to. It aint really good, and shading disapeared when i wanted a better sharpness... nevermind. Tell me if it's to crappy and ill never post that small sketches again ^^

Oooo long time ago i did sketches, so ive started again, wondering when ill take time sit down and actually do something more than scratching with a pen with a picture inside my head. Most in lesson that occure

So well thought i get more up, still for fun, and maybe ive done something atleast a little better than usual (or not)

Well, we had a guy from Gana over, holding a speak for about 1½ h. It was intresting, but i needed to entertain myself. It was actually done with a blue poor inkpen i stole from my teacher^^ (or well, she handed it to me, i just... kept it)

( Ive load up sketches here until someone tells me to stop or i just grow tired of it anyway. So just criticise as much as u want... ok, not TO much, but if its for the better)

There very good.
The onley remark I have is that the legs of the chareckter white the big eyes has to short legs.
But besids that there great.
