Yo quiero Taco Bell. I normally draw in phases. I don't stop drawing till the basic sketch/outline is done. Then I'll stop, then scan it later, and do all the happy computer stuff. That can normally go in sections too, cause you got inking, coloring, shading. And in the case of webcomics you've got text and what not.

sorry for the late reply.
Pchat is a java based webpage that lets you draw on the internet and other people can watch you, it's really cool but unless you're really good at drawing with a mouse, like Tom, you need a graphic tablet to draw. I just used to sit and watch people and wish I could draw, then I got a tablet and my laptop broke... so now I don't get on at all...
