Heh, today's comic just confuses me further...
So, I wonder who the guy who's tied up is? And I *think* that the pendant thing is or was his. anyone else have thoughts on this?

The guy tied up is most likely the merchant that "really" owns the shop, and the jewel is most likely owned by the "fake" shop owner. He probably knew Trace would come looking for something, and had thus intended on giving him the jewel from the start. This just made it simple. Course...no idea what the heck that jewel does. :\

Maybe the guy who "hyjacked" the shop is one of those master guys?

I was thinking evil or neutral. Do you think that the good one would laugh evilly? (At least I THINK it was an evil laugh...)

Well Tom mentioned Neutral was pretty evil in the comic regardless. lol. So maybe it's really two evils and a good. If you go back to the page where neutral first makes her appearance (I'm guessing it's a female, cause Tom said so.), she had a form that ressembles the merchant in the shop. So maybe it's Neutral again.

Yeah that sounds right. It is probably the neutral guy. We saw the other guy. However, they can morph. We will have to see.

Well, he is supposed to still be wearing the mask though, right? I'm lost.
Anyways, maybe the amulet can contol or just spy? Or maybe it's evil? Or maybe you are all IMPLICATING THE SHOPKEEPER FOR NO REASON!? (He's my personal character henceforth and forevermore. Probably. 2 to go..)

Well the Masters can shape shift. The Neutral Master shape shifted from a normal guy to her masked form on page 4 or 5 I believe. I think 5. If you look at the character on page 4 before she shifted, she looks remarkably like the "fake" shopkeeper. And as Tom had stated, even though she was neutral she was rather evil.

So going back to your first statement, even though they were the masks, if they shape shift, you wouldn't see it. And the amulet, as of now, is as mysterious as anyone could suspect as we've learned nothing about it or any of the Masters yet. Oh, and I never implicated the shopkeeper. At least not the real one...seeing as he's tied up behind the counter muffling words.

That could be some other guy tied up at random. An by "The shopkeep" I meant the guy Trace was talking too. (Since I don't know who he really is.)
